2014 Conservation Biology Grant Winners

Giulia Ghedini, PhD Candidate, The University of Adelaide
'Preserving subtidal forests: the ecological value of intact kelp forests'

Steffi Graff, Honours Student, Flinders University
'Is there potential to conserve declining little penguin populations in the Gulf St Vincent?'

Angharad Johnston, PhD Candidate, Flinders University
'Generating genomic tools to assist future conservation of the pygmy bluetongue lizard (Tiliqua adelaidensis)'

We congratulate all the recipients for 2014 and look forward to reading and hearing about the outcomes of their research in the coming year. Conservation Biology Grant recipients are required to submit a short article for publication in Xanthopus and also to present a short talk at the General Meeting in May 2015.
