Overview
The Nature Conservation Society of South Australia runs a number of current conservation projects and surveys. Some of these require help from volunteers, especially for field work.
Some of our current projects include:
- NCSSA/UQ Mount Lofty Ranges Woodland Bird Long-term Monitoring Program
- Bushland Condition Monitoring
- Plant Recovery Programs in the Mount Lofty Ranges
- Conservation Biology Grant
Steering Committees
Each project is managed by a steering committee. On each committee there are people with experience and expertise. There are also some of us who are just learning, and helping out with proof-reading and organisation wherever we can. We always need people to help on these committees. So pick a project that interests you and let us know that you can help out on a steering committee.
